Your Role

• Support with capturing and reviewing receipts and invoices.

• Learn how automated booking suggestions are generated – and how to review them.

• Assist with monthly closings, VAT pre-filings, and reports.

• Work closely with experienced colleagues from our accounting and product teams.

• Gain exposure to tools like DATEV, Odoo, HubSpot & more.

What You Bring

• Initial experience in accounting – e.g. through training, a student job, or a career switch.

• Eagerness to work with digital tools and processes.

• Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and team spirit.

• German at minimum B2 level (C1+ preferred) – English is a bonus.

• DATEV or Odoo experience is a plus, not a must.
