Your Mission:
As a Founders Associate, you are the right hand of the founders. You support in day-to-day activities and lead your own projects, take on a lot of responsabilities and gain indepth insights into the early stages of an investment-backed startup. This comes along with a steep learning curve, hands-on experience and the chance to make a real impact in a dynamic environment. If you're willing to get your hands dirty and motivated to tackle anything, this is the perfect job for you. Among others, your tasks will be:
Have full ownership of projects in business development, operations, marketing, product, HR and legal
Provide day-to-day support for the founders
Implement and optimize internal processes and tools
Conduct market research and analyses
What You Should Bring Along:
You have recently completed your Bachelor's or Master's degree in any subject and are looking for an exciting challenge
You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the startup environment
You are proactive, have a hand-on mentality and get things done
You are not afraid to take on responsibility, share your thoughts and make mistakes
You have strong analytical & communication skills
You are fluent in German and English
You can settle in Berlin to work together with the founders in our office

Kaufmännische Prüfung von Eingangsrechnungen und Ausgangsrechnungen
Verbuchung aller laufenden Geschäftsvorfälle
Kontenklärung und -abstimmung zu jedem Monatsende
Monatlicher Plausibilitätscheck der Buchhaltungsdaten
Erstellung der Monatsabschlüsse
Laufende Betreuung und Unterstützung der Mandanten
Koordination und Austausch mit Steuerberatern und Wirtschaftsprüfern
Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierungsprozesse
Aufgabenteilung und -tracking innerhalb der betreuten Projekte (operativ)

Dein Profil:
Du hast eine Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r (m/w/x), Finanzbuchhalter/in (m/w/x), Bachelorstudium mit Schwerpunkt Accounting oder eine gleichwertige kaufmännische Ausbildung
mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interesse an neuen IT Systemen und Prozessen
Serviceorientiertes und professionelles Auftreten
Selbstständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
