Head of Growth (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Growth Hacker who is passionate about driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through creative, data-driven strategies. As our Head of Growth, you will be responsible for building and executing scalable growth initiatives across social media, content marketing, automation, and partnerships. You’ll have full ownership of growth strategy and execution, working closely with the founders and core team.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on acquiring, converting, and retaining SME customers.

  • Lead and optimize social media marketing (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) to build brand awareness and drive engagement.

  • Design and implement content strategies that resonate with our target audience, including blog posts, videos, and newsletters.

  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to drive organic reach and brand credibility.

  • Leverage automation to optimize marketing and sales workflows (e.g., CRM, email sequences, chatbots, AI-generated content).

  • Utilize generative AI to enhance content creation, personalization, and customer insights.

  • Analyze key metrics to iterate and optimize growth experiments.

  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to align growth efforts with overall company goals.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or growth hacking, ideally in a startup or B2B SaaS environment.

  • Proven expertise in social media growth (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) and content marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, CRM integrations).

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making and A/B testing.

  • Experience working with AI tools for content creation, personalization, and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills in German (C1 level or higher) and English.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, resource-constrained startup environment.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Previous experience growing a B2B SME-focused product.

  • Previous experience in SME-sales

  • Familiarity with SEO strategies

  • Experience with performance marketing (PPC, retargeting, paid social ads).

  • Understanding of behavioral psychology and conversion rate optimization.

  • Prior startup or entrepreneurial experience.
